10. Pre-order for Online Courses
When pre-ordering:

13. Cancellation Policy
Your subscription remains active until:
- You graduate, complete the course, cancel, or it is terminated

- Cancel at least one day before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Cancellations do not qualify for partial-month refunds.
- Free trial cancellations may end access immediately.
14. Refund Policy

- Refunds are not issued for partial usage, dissatisfaction, or inactivity
- Only one refund per student per course is allowed
